Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) via its letter dated 15 March 2023 has agreed to extend the submission of Income Tax Return Form (ITRF) under Section 5 and Section 10 of Labuan Business Activity Tax Act 1990 (LBATA 1990) for Year Assessment 2023 on or before 31 July 2023.
