Our Labuan Trust Officers

Jacy is the founder and Group Managing Director of QX Group, and an approved Trust Officer for Labuan under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010. She holds an LLB from the University of Malaya and is a Licensed Secretary accredited by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

With more than 21 years of experience in corporate law, governance, risk, compliance, and Wealth Management and Legacy Planning, she leads Signature Trust's advisory work on complex cross-border structures and succession planning. She holds an HRD Corp TTT Exemption and is an industry partner of the Faculty of Management & Finance at the Labuan International Campus of Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

Eunice holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing with Honours from the Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Labuan International Campus, Malaysia. She also holds an Intermediate Certificate in Certified Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Financing of Terrorism Compliance Officer (CAMCO), jointly awarded by the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) and Asian Banking School (ABS).

Eunice has been an approved Trust Officer for Labuan Trust Company since 2009. Additionally, she has been appointed as a Compliance Officer since 2012. Eunice is experienced in dealing with corporate management, AML/CFT/CPF, and regulatory compliance matters.

Ik Ing holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, and a Master in Education. Ik Ing is an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and has more than 20 years of experience in legal practice.

Ik Ing is currently a partner in Messrs. L.H. Ting & Co. Advocates. She also lectures on company secretary subjects at the Methodist Pilley Institute, Bintulu. She is actively involved in providing advisory and consultancy services for business setup.

Fiona holds a Bachelor's (Hons) in Office Systems Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance, and business development, having held various senior positions in the trust company industry in Labuan IBFC.

She is a member of both the Policies and Procedures Advisory Panel and the Business Development Advisory Panel at QX Group.

Sonia holds a Master of Engineering Science (MEngSc) in Biomedical Engineering with distinction from the University of Malaya. She has more than 10 years of experience working across three different industries, bringing broad exposure to her role.

She is the head of the Internal Audit Committee and is involved in the Business Development of the Company.

Josephine has more than two decades of experience across financial services, corporate structuring, and private wealth advisory. She serves as Marketing and Strategic Communications Director. Since 2018 she has been actively involved in fiduciary services, advising clients on complex corporate and private wealth structuring, succession planning, and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining the Labuan international financial services industry, Josephine spent five years at Labuan IBFC Inc., the promotional arm of the Labuan Financial Services Authority, heading the Events division and contributing to market intelligence, strategic partnerships, and business development. She has also been attached to Tricor Malaysia, an international public listed firm, before joining Malaysia's leading financial institution prior to her tenure at Labuan IBFC Inc.

Kelly is a seasoned expert in International Economics and Trade with over 20 years of experience as a first-generation entrepreneur in China. With a background in International Trade and Business Management, she has led and expanded manufacturing and export-oriented enterprises, and established consultancy and legal advisory firms across multiple countries.

Her services include overseas company and bank account openings, legal tax planning, and investment immigration. Kelly is adept at addressing the needs of Belt and Road enterprises facing challenges abroad, and advises on strategic planning and cross-cultural business management.

Her client base spans China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Europe, the Middle East, and India, serving both individuals and businesses. Fluent in English and a native Chinese speaker, Kelly brings a global perspective to every client engagement.
