Before acting on a payment instruction
Read the sender address in full, including every character after the at sign. A single added, removed or substituted letter is the most common method used, and the display name shown by your mail programme is not evidence of anything. Where a message concerns money and anything about it is unfamiliar, telephone us on a number taken from this page rather than from the message itself.
Reporting a suspicious message
If you have received correspondence that appears to originate from Signature Trust Ltd and you are not satisfied that it is genuine, send it to us and we will confirm its status.
