Signature Trust Ltd has procedures in place to deal with complaints effectively and fairly through a simple and equitable process. Our approach is standardised and consistent. It is our policy to keep a record of complaints, responses and any actions taken, so that we can improve and better cater to your needs. We keep these records for six (6) years, so that should you wish to refer back to a matter, we will have it properly on file. We operate a dedicated complaint handling system to ensure that every complaint received is reviewed and, where necessary, action is taken to address valid complaints in a timely manner. Each complaint is registered in a log and assigned a reference number.
