Requirement for Advance Annual Fee Payment for Labuan Non-Licensed Entities with Work Permit Holders

All Labuan non-licensed entities with the existing Expatriate Pass(s) and/or intend to submit the Expatriate Pass(s) application are required to pay at least two (2) years annual fee in advance which is in line with the validity of the Expatriate Permits.

These requirements are effective from the date of the Notice issued on 2 October 2019 by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (“Labuan FSA”) and remain effective and applicable unless subsequently amended or revoked.
